WHEREAS, District 186 desires services of LinkUp Teletherapy, Inc. for speech/language tele-therapy services; and
WHEREAS, LinkUp Teletherapy, Inc. is appropriately qualified and able to provide assigned therapists to perform Speech Language Therapy services through tele-therapy in accordance with the students' Individualized Education Program (IEP) in conjunction with Springfield Public School District 186 staff members for the sole purpose of covering a speech/language pathologist's maternity leave;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education approves an agreement between Springfield Public School District 186 and LinkUp Teletherapy, Inc. for the time period of December 5, 2023, through February 29, 2024, at a contract rate of $2,295 weekly, pending final legal review. |
